This  policy  is  specially  designed  for  employers  to  cover  their  employees  in  the  event  of  death  in service.  The  policy  can  be  arranged  to  pay  either  two  or  three  years  salary  depending  on  the  choice  of  the  employer.  Alternatively, the  employer  may  choose  to  insure  all  employees  at  a  flat  rate  of  say  Kshs.  200,000/=.

The  policy  has  a  funeral  expense  rider  to  cover  the  employee,  his/her  spouse  and  a  maximum  of  four  children.  The employee  can  be  covered  for  say  150,000/=, spouse  Kshs.  100,000/=  and  each  child  upto  Kshs.  50,000/=.
